Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Arc0 platform, website and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Exa Labs LLC ("Exa Labs", "we" or "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so.

Changes to the Service

We change and improve the Service over time. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we may limit who can use some of them. Anything described as planned or coming soon is not a commitment to deliver it on any particular date.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your API keys and everything done with them. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly at security@arc0.ai if you believe they have been compromised.

Your users and their connections

When you build a product on Arc0, your users connect their apps through your product, and you decide what your agents do with those connections. You are responsible for:

  • telling your users what your product does with their connected apps, and having a lawful basis and any consent needed to do it;
  • the actions your agents take, and configuring the policies and approvals appropriate to your use case;
  • complying with the terms and policies of each connected app, and of any OAuth apps you register with those providers.

We act on your instructions when we execute actions for your users. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle their information.

Agents and AI output

AI agents can misunderstand instructions and take actions you did not intend. Arc0 lets you limit what agents may do, but it does not control the decisions your agent makes. Review what your agents are allowed to do, use approvals for actions that matter, and check the audit log.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • access an account or app without the owner's authorization;
  • send spam, or act in a connected app in a way its terms prohibit;
  • attempt to bypass policies, rate limits or security controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure process;
  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

We may suspend access that we reasonably believe breaks these rules or puts the Service or other users at risk, and will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.

Fees

Paid plans are billed at the rates on our pricing page when you subscribe, and those rates are fixed for 12 months from the day your first users go live. Promotional offers, such as free months for teams switching from another provider, apply as described where we make them. Free plans may carry usage limits.

Your data and leaving

You keep all rights in your data. You can export your connections' tokens and revoke connections at any time. If you stop using the Service, we delete your credentials and account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party apps

Connected apps are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes to APIs or permissions, or how they handle data.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Exa Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend the Service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers and limitations of liability, continue after these terms end.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and for material changes we will notify customers by email before they take effect.
